Our Bilona ghee is made the traditional way — whole milk is cultured into curd, hand-churned to extract butter, then slow-cooked to clarity. This fermentation step is what separates Bilona ghee from regular dairy ghee nutritionally. Our desi ghee is cream-separated and clarified fresh — a cleaner, consistent option for everyday cooking.

We source milk only from our own farm and like-minded suppliers who share our ethics and values of honesty and care. Before it reaches your home, we run it through a 14-point safety check, screening for detergent, boric acid, and any harmful additives. Resulting in nothing but real, safe, wholesome milk.
