Amazing!
Most milk in Dehradun passes through aggregators or middlemen. collected from multiple farms, pooled in bulk tanks, and processed before anyone verifies quality.
Every product we deliver — milk, ghee, paneer, dahi — comes from our own farm. Happy cows fed on farm grown grass with no pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.

Our Bilona ghee is made the traditional way — whole milk is cultured into curd, churned to extract butter, then slow-cooked to clarity. This fermentation step is what separates Bilona ghee from regular dairy ghee nutritionally. Our desi ghee is cream-separated and clarified fresh — a cleaner, consistent option for everyday cooking.

Questions by Dehradun clients
Our milk is sourced exclusively from our own farm. Not aggregated from unknown suppliers, which means we control quality at every step. Any additional milk collected to supplement dairy products is tested using a 16-point in-house adulteration kit, with records maintained for every batch. If you want to verify at home, two reliable quick checks are the boiling test (pure milk leaves no residue) and the water drop test (a drop of pure milk holds its shape on a flat surface). Our delivery staff also carry a lactometer on every round for on-the-spot checking, and we provide testing strips on request.

Regular dairy ghee is made by melting cream or butter directly — a fast, industrial process that produces consistent volume but strips many of the natural compounds found in milk fat. Bilona ghee follows the traditional Vedic method: whole milk is first curdled into dahi, then hand-churned using a wooden bilona to extract white butter, which is then slow-cooked on a low flame to clarify into ghee. This process preserves a richer fatty acid profile, natural aroma, and the A2 beta-casein properties of the source milk. The result is a darker, grainier ghee with a noticeably deeper flavour — and a significantly higher time and effort cost, which is why it is priced accordingly.
